Joshep Pilates created his method to develop an intrinsic health improvement in our bodies and our minds.
Pilates classes are usually thought individually with the full attention and supervision of our senior teacher, Chacha Guerrero. Advanced clients are allowed to take share sessions upon senior teacher approval.
We encourage clients to take lessons the way Joe Pilates designed them, two or three times a week depending on your possibilites and for no less than 30 consequitive lessons.

Training Center hours open to public are Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm, and 4 pm to 8:30 pm. Other studios are open most of regular retail hours.
Weekends are reserved for Teachers, workshops and Seminars
